Refund/Return Policy – Our Refund/Return policy is TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED, effective 3.26.20 until further notice. In order to ensure the health and safety of our Associates and Customers during the Coronavirus health emergency ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will not accept returns on items purchased during the state of emergency unless the product is defective or damaged. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
For ALL returns, you must call 800-487-2111 within 30 days of purchase date.
JBN Return Policy: We at JBN want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchased. If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping costs, using our return system within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we are sorry but we cannot accept this item as a return.
A return authorization number must accompany the returned product(s). All products must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice. Only those products returned will be eligible toward credit to your account. Once the returned products are inspected, and accepted, you will be issued a credit to your account. Please allow up to 14 business days for credit to take effect.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Only the invoiced purchase price of products ordered will be considered for credit. All freight fees, products and samples received at no cost, perceived retail values of said free products and samples, and any other charges not appearing on the invoice are not eligible for credit. JBN reserves the right of refusal for the issuing of credit if these procedures are not followed or for any reason deemed as slanderous, fraudulent or malicious.
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 24 hours of delivery at (800) 487-2111. Please provide the Customer Service Rep with your Order Number and Item Number. The representative will also need your name, phone number and e-mail address. JBN will make every reasonable effort to replace the damaged or defective item in a timely manner. JBN will cover shipping if there was damage to the item during shipping.
Non-JBN Manufactured Products: Returns for non-JBN manufactured products for store credit follows the same procedures as above EXCEPT THAT ALL NON-JBN MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED AND IN RE-SELLABLE CONDITION in order to qualify for store credit.
All sales final for any product marked as closeout, discontinued or blowout items.
If your shipment has been damaged, contains defective or incorrect product selections, please call 800-487-2111 and speak to our customer support representatives on how to rectify the problem. You may also e-mail your inquiries to email@example.com. JBN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
No price adjustments will be given on prior sales.
*JBN HAS THE RIGHT TO DENY RETURNS IN THE RARE CASE WHERE OUR OPEN BOX/OPEN CONTAINER POLICY IS ABUSED.
* Open box policy is as follows: Any container returned must contain no less than 30% of the product remaining. It is at the judgment of our processing department to make the decision.
JBN accepts orders from the United States and any US Territory including APO and PO addresses. All orders must be shipped to a valid address. Charges for orders shipped via Fedex/UPS are based on weight and destination. All orders over $49 within the Continental United States are shipped free. (Ground Shipping Only) Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and any US Territory are shipped via USPS. Charges are bases on current rates.
