Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

Ingredients:

2 scoops Whey Superior™ Vanilla or Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein
1 egg
½ cup sweetener (pure cane sugar, etc)
¼ cup chocolate chips
Pinch of salt

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and knead into dough.
3. Roll dough into small balls (2 tablespoons), flatten and place on baking sheet.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350˚F.
5. Let cool for 10-15 minutes, serve and enjoy!
