Ingredients:

1 Scoop JBN Whey Protein or JBN Confidence Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Cup Frozen blackberries
8-10 oz Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, or water

Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until done.  Pour and Drink!
