Ingredients:

4 scoops Confidence™ Whey Isolate Protein Powder
2 bananas
2 eggs
1 cooked sweet potato

¼ cup tapioca flour
2 Tbsp coconut flour
½ Tbsp vanilla extract
½ Tbsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until even.
2. Pour batter into a 9" by 4½" baking pan and bake at 320° F for one hour. Serve and enjoy!
